Application Policy:
Each adult tenant (18 years or older) must complete an application to rent and have an office interview prior to touring the selected rental unit(s).
A credit report will be obtained on each applicant and used in conjunction with other factors (information from your previous landlords, verification of employment, references, etc.) in leasing to you. Your household income must meet eligibility standards, and the number of persons to occupy the unit must comply with local regulations.
The processing fee of $25 per application is non-refundable. If you wish, you may have a copy of your credit report upon request.
