I,
Cheri Jones, broker and owner of Chardonnay Property Management, have been
in the Property Management profession for almost 20 years. I have come to
truly love the work that I do and would like to expand upon the properties
that I presently, and efficiently, manage.
Having started my own company in 2002, I realized that owners of rental
property appreciate that I only handle a limited number of properties. This
has allowed me the opportunity to focus my time and attention on each
individual home, and working with my clients one on one.
Tenant Placement is the most important element of successful property
management!! I interview and thoroughly screen each prospective tenant in
order to place the best possible tenant into your property.
My first priority is to make you a happy and satisfied client!
